Modifying the reminder email

    I was able to get the reminder email changed with adding in the an15 in each of the field where this was an option. However there are the additional fields on the reminder email that do not populate. How do I change those tags? See attached file.

    We can help you to check if you could specify the form-url.

    But generally speaking, you can look up the unique name in the advanced tab:
