I cant login to my account and all forms are missing from my phone app

    I tried several times to login to my account today and it kept saying my password was invalid. I was using the correct password but I did a password reset anyway and was unable to login with the new password. I then went to my cell phone and open the app that I created with Jotform and my forms are missing! Below is the link t the phone app I created and I attached a picture....


    I'm in tears, please help me resolve this issue.
