How to change the default email template when sending a form

How can I set up the default email template to be specific on the form?

    It currently says:

    Hi,

Please click on the link below to complete this form..

    Thank you!

But I have different text and a footer to add. I have tried updating the source code but it disappears when I navigate away from the page.

Also I am unsure of which plan I would need to upgrade to to be able to send this to multiple email addresses at once.

    Hello Manage_admin,

You can edit the email template and remove the footer and edit the text

The above edits the email AFTER they have completed the form. I am wanting to create a template of the email that is sent when the form is originally issued to clients.

    Hello Managed_admin,

Sadly, that's not possible - The CONDITION TO SEND EMAIL will only work after submitting the form. All email-related processes get triggered after form submission, thus explaining why that's the case.

But, they can print the form if you enable the Print button in the form by going to submit settings:

    I hope this helps.
