The form is not importing into the Quiz app

Good day,

Quiz form does not open all our documents that we have previously set up using Quiz form to design assessments? Is there a solution or better alternative?

Open intigration/Open Quizz form/Allow/Form picker/Sales Masters Cape Town Region Day 1/Continue.....does not open

I was testing the clone form but I was unable to replicate any issue while opening the form in the Quiz app.

Could you try to open the app in the private mode of the browser or any other browser?

Still no luck. I tried and another colleague also tried, without success. Tried browsing in private, still not opening.

Tried cloning, doesn't work on the cloned form.

I cloned your form but I cannot seem to replicate the issue too.

I have cleared your form caches. Could you please clear your browser's cache as well? If the issue persists, please try using a different browser.
