Hello,
We're from Imark Infotech and have taken services from here. All payment was cleared yesterday because the quota was over, but now we're facing an issue in searching the entry. The screenshot is attached for reference. the mentioned link is registered in the form but now does not show the related data. Please have a look at the same and let us know!

Hello Neha,
I don't see any forms under your account. It seems you have your form under a different account. Can you please us the form URL? We'll check and get back to you accordingly.
BTW, in your screenshot, I see you have some URL in the FILTER field; clearing that field should show up all the submissions.

Hi There,
Our account email is ishan@imarkinfotech.com, we are not able to see entries from a certain time period.
We have checked the trash and archive section, there is nothing there
Screenshot attached.
This has happened in the past as well, can you pls look into this at the earliest and kindly fix this issue for once and all

Could you kindly specify which certain time period that this issue persists? We will also try to filter it from our end to see if we can recreate the issue.
