log in on desktop problem

    I have no problems logging in to Jotform on my Ipad or Iphone, but I can't log into my laptop. It just keeps bringing up the log in page over and over. I am fidning my Ipad a bit awkward to design a form and scroll through templates, so would like to use my laptop instead.

    Hi Christian,
    I have tried both these things but the same thing happens. The screen I have is below. When I try to design a form it doesn’t save. If I can get it to work I’m thinking of doing the bronze deal, but only if I can have the $15 a month deal that flashed up twice but I can’t seem to find anymore. Oh - was that American dollars?

    Hi there,

    Just to confirm, what email are you using when logging in? You can also use the username of your account to log in. That is rosie_gospel.

    And also can you tell us, are you getting any error messages when trying to log in? If you can send us a screenshot of it, that'll be great.
