Client form being blocked by Norton

A form we built for a client:

http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40707057126955

is blocked by some users Norton Antivirus which marks jotformpro.com as a phishing site.

Does this happen to just jotformpro  or jotform  too?

jotformpro only - jotform.com is OK
