    Dear team,

    I have downloaded attachments in my Jotform table (example link: https://www.jotform.com/tables/210982729658470); however, the zip file email has never sent to my mail box (I have tried many times with many links).

    Please support me.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I've tried it on my end and I was able to receive it after a few minutes. If you've just recently requested it, can you allow a couple of hours for the email with the file to be received? Heavy traffic and the amount of data to be collected may affect it. You may also check the spam box and trash folder to see if the email is sitting somewhere there.

    If you don't get an email after a significant amount of time, let us know and we'll be happy to check further.

    Hi team,

    I have no problem in downloading many attachments at once as I receive it after 4 to 12 hours. However, I can't download them one by one (the zip file email has never sent to my mail box).

    I have checked the trash folder and spam box but the email is not there.

    Hoping you can help.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting back!

    I've checked your mail logs and I can see a couple of emails that show we sent you the PDF files. Just to verify, are you receiving email notifications for every submission? They are actually on the same sender email. I'd like to confirm if all types of email are affected.

    Hi Jeric,

    We have tried these types of download:

    1. Multiple PDF files
    2. One (01) PDF file
    3. Multiple submissions' attachments
    4. One (01) submission's attachments

    The email notifications are sent after:

    1. Multiple PDF files: 4 to 12 hours
    2. One (01) PDF file: almost immediately
    3. Multiple submissions' attachments: 4 to 12 hours
    4. One (01) submission's attachments: we have not received any notifications from this action since the last week. Moreover, I have downloaded this feature yesterday and still not received any email notifications (the below image & link: https://www.jotform.com/tables/2109827296)1641361095_61d52ec75340c_

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your response.

    I've found a workaround that you can use in the meantime. Please see the screencast below:

    Instead of the file being sent via email, it'll be downloaded immediately on your browser.

    We have already used this method to workaround during waiting for your solution.

    However, the submissions that we want to download is dozens/hundreds, which cannot use this method for a long time. Please help us for another solution.1641363428_61d537e44024e_

    I understand this method will not work out for you.

    Can we try this out? Go to your email and type this subject on the search field "Download the attachments " and see if it will bring up the emails.

    Hi Jeric,

    I have already used search key words "Download the attachments" and my email has not received the mentioned single submission download yet.

    Can you try to access the link and maybe add your email into receiving download email notification loop in order to check it out ?

    When I try to download attachments of a single submission on my form, the attachments are downloaded right away in a browser.

    I tested the issue you reported with your latest submission and I was able to replicate it. I'll report this issue to our developers. If there is any update we will inform you here.

    Hi team,


    The problem is not solved yet. Moreover, they are getting worse. Any random downloads or single download in 01 Form triggered download all submissions in the form.
