    Hello edusa2000,

Have you deleted this form or form fields already? I did check all your forms in your account but could not find any of them having "Payment Options" question.

Please let us know your form ID or the web page where you have embedded this form and we will take a look on why your radio button label moves to next line.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I created a bug ticket about it. One of our developers will look into this and get back to you. Thanks for your patience.

You have embedded the form's full source code, modified it and added a line break between the radio buttons and the corresponding option text.

There are two ways to fix this on your end.

    The easy way:

Remove all jotform-related codes on your webpage then re-embed the form using iframe embed option

    The hard way:

Remove the line breaks "<br>" and remove the label width from the form's CSS

    ---------

Let us know which way you would like to go so that we can further assist you.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

This is wierd, when I checked the source code from the browser view, i see the line brake, but when i go back in the backed, there is no BR tag.

Also, there is an issue that you guys haven't fixed yet, when i Use Iframe, sometimes the forms won't show, and this is not OK, That's why I am using the cource code instead and paste into my weboage, but now the freaking option buttons are so unaligned

    what else can we do>

Do let us know if you have verified that the iframe method makes the form disappear on multiple devices and/or network connections. As this is not a common behavior to have when embedding our forms using iframe.

Additionally please embed only the iframe tags portion of the embed code, and discard the script portion underneath. Kindly attempt these suggested steps so that we can test your embedded form from our end. Thank you.

OK. I tried your suggestion and it didn't work, please try this on your end see if you can fix it as you have suggested. In the mean time let me tell you what I did.

When I embed THE FORM with Iframe, light or pop-up, it doesn't display anything in chrome, but it works in firefox

So I did another test with another form just ti make sure and found the problem hopefulyl yhou can help me find the fix.

When i use the EMBED tag and bring up this form:

http://form.jotform.us/form/40750944637157  This one has 2 forms.

but if I bring this one http://form.jotform.us/form/40776560216152  then part of the form gets cut out and is not visible. Keep this in mindm, this one has 4 forms, and the first one has 2 forms.

    Please help

When you use the iframe code you may need to manually edit the height element. Get rid of the javascript code that comes with the iframe code. What it does is to re-size iframe to make it smaller or larger depending on the form size. Get rid of that code and instead manually set the height to the maximum your form can get.

Try that and if it still does not work please let us know the URL of the page where you have the form.
