Q: about the mechanic repair labor guide

Do I have to guess the hours per job or does it generate its own guess of flatrate pay per dif year make and model or is this just a template from excel? Or office? Please let me know and if it is just a template thing that I decide the hours per job or if the app guides you and keeps you on the flat rate pay that we are supposed to use? you should make that clearly spoken thank you.
