Field Names not matching

    Please see the 2 screen shots below...the 1st one is a pdf submission in Jotform and it shows the fields as I have named them on the form. The 2nd one is the email I receive of a submission and it does not show the complete field name. How do I correct it so that the email shows the correct complete field name? Thanks.
