Many Emails Not Including PDF

    Hello, I have a few forms that should be including a PDF attachment of the submission within the notification email. However, some notification emails DO include the attachment...but many are not. Not sure why this is happening spordically...could you please help! I've included a link to one of the forms below.

    Apologies as I'm unable to replicate the issue you are experiencing. Please see the photo below for the attached PDF from the email notification.

    If the issue still persists, please try removing the email notification and adding it again.
