    Problem with my form domain

    Hello, support.

    I'm having this problem over and over. For some reason, my form displays an error message about the domain i dont understand, but when i click the url, the form refreshes and appear normally. I can't have that because the people that i'm gonna send the form could be confused, so i need to solve this quickly.

    Hi, our preferred domain for your location is jotform.comwe advice you to use this. Login to your account using our joform.com domain so you won't keep on getting the error when viewing your form.

    Our system will automatically correct the form URL if you are in the right domain. So, please get the correct URL per instructions on the screenshot you attached to this post.

    Hi, 

    Please inform us if you are still having this issue.

    As suggested already by my colleague, it is preferable to always use the default URL/domain http://www.jotform.com when logging to your account. 

    When you do this, the URL of the form will always use also the default URL/domain.
