On pdf form editor, I put 2 fields in for file name, when it saves it in Egnyte it creates a new folder with that name...and the file in the folder is a 20 digit number. I'm so close what am i doing wrong?

if i download the file to my computer it works and the name is correct. when the form is submitted and is sent to Egnyte the file name is still 20 numbers

After checking the guide, please try updating the integration and changing it to the Name field.

I still can not get the file names to take in Egnyte. I creates a new folder with every submission.

Kindly be informed that the number you are referring to is actually your submission ID. The PDF document name that you can change in the PDF editor does not apply to the Egnyte integration.
The Egnyte integration only allows you to select a folder name. Here is how you can find the submissions IDs.
