I've followed the steps set out below and get positive responses along the way indicating that Dropbox is connected with JotForm.
However, when I complete a test run by filling in the form and submitting it, I don't see any results in the dropbox folder.
Do you have any suggestions?

This is quite strange, but probably something went wrong during the integration. The 'Prefix with Date' option should add a 'Submission Date' value to the path:
Please try to remove the Dropbox integration, and then add it back.
If this does not help, please let us know.
