Receiving a "404 whopps error message" when accessing links to uploaded files

    I was sent a download for my resent Jotform and when I hit the download button I receive a 404 Whoops--- I need to access these forms ASAP

    If you are not logged in to your Jotform account on the same browser you are accessing the link to the uploaded files on your form and you are getting the error you have described, it could be the issue you are having is due to the Privacy settings of your account with regards to viewing uploaded files on your form(s)— How-to-unrequire-log-in-to-view-uploaded-files

    You can either update the settings of your account or just make sure you completely logged in to your Jotform account on the same browser you will access the links to the uploaded files on your form.
