I have created a test form to see what the product can do
I have added three types of "questions" in and each does not show the actual quastion asked.... tthis form is for staff to create a milk order for different companies
Q1 How do i get the JOTFORM to reflect the question and then the answer see attached
Q2 Is this the correct product for me... We have three different suppliers with different email addresses. Each form I want to send them their own individual orderThanks

Hello norrispark,
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. Your form has been cloned to test the issue and I have replicated the same problem. Please note that your original form hasn't been changed during the test. Below are the steps in order to enable questions to be shown in the notification emails:
- On the Form Builder page, left-click Settings above the form field:
- Next, click on Emails on the left panel.
- Hover your mouse over the Notification banner and click on the trash bin icon to delete the already existing one. Click on YES to delete on the next page:
- Once the previous notification email has been deleted, click on Add an email and select Notification Email. Next, save the change:
Here is a more detailed guide about Setting up Email Notifications. Below is the screenshot of an example submission email:
Your second question has been answered on another thread, at this link.
If you require further assistance, please let us know.
