Sending orders to different emails

    Q2 Is this the correct product for me... We have three different suppliers with different email addresses. Each form I want to send them their own individual order

    Hello norrispark,

    Submissions can be sent to different email addresses with respect to answers using the Conditions feature in Jotform. Below are the steps to do this:

    1. On the Form Builder page, left-click Settings above the form field.
    2. Next, click on the Conditions tab on the left panel.
    3. Then, left-click the Change E-mail Recipient tab:1641371659 61d5580b3816b q2 123 Screenshot 10
    4. The condition of your choice can be applied by adding If conditions here. Left-click each box for conditions to view options.
    5. Click on the IF dropdown and select the form field name on which you would like to apply conditions.
    6. Then, select the state as 'Is Filled' to send an email to the supplier once the chosen field is filled by a user: 1641372422 61d55b06be3eb 4 5 6 Screenshot 21
    7. To send emails to the other suppliers as well, click Add a new condition again and apply the same steps for different email addresses: 1641372844 61d55cacea1f1 7 Screenshot 32
