    Configurable lists does not seem to post anything

    Configurable lists does not seem to post anything.  I have a couple of them in my form but the PDF and email submissions are empty.  I have added my own CSS to size fields but still empty.  Is there something that was messed up in the fix?

    Have you checked if it is working now? Maybe it was a temporary glitch, I would recommend you to make a clone of your form, and test the cloned version, see if that solves the issue.

    Nope.  Cloned or not it still seems to not work.  The data is completely missing from my email and PDF.  I even created a new form and nothing.  Is there something up with my account?

    I checked this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/41046784865161 and its submissions, but the two configurable list widget that is added to your form doesn't have a data submitted to it. NOTE that you have enabled the Hide Empty Fields on Emails function for this form, meaning, you won't see the field in the form notification email when the two is not filled.

    Also, the PDF output doesn't contain the widget because your form submissions page setting is also set to "Auto Hide Empty Fields". If you want to see the widget in PDF output even if it's not filled, then unchecking this settings would make it:

    I am running the dev channel of Chrome.  I can see some of your modal screens having issues getting to that widget server.  I can try another browswer to see if something else is happening.  What browser are you using? Welvin.?  I just tried from Safari and it works so something in your setup is getting blocked by Chorme...

    I am a bit confused about the "modal screens" you are referring to, could you please provide more details about the modal screens you are talking about? According to Welvin's test widget is working fine. We the support staff use Chrome browser to make tests and we recommend our users to use that same browser.

    If the issue does not disappear yet, I would recommend you to clone your form and try removing and re-adding the widget. Tha may help.

    I am using Chrome Version 36.0.1941.0 dev-m.  If I submit from a different channel browser or a different browser like Safari it seems to work.  Do you know what would cause that to be the case?  The modal screen is just one of the ajax screens for the preview.  When I inspected it, there were errors to the config lists widget server.  Not sure if that is related.

    You are using an advance non-stable version of Google Chrome (you are using Google Chrome with a beta update/version included). Our form may not be compatible with the current build of your Google Chrome Browser, as you've mentioned, it works when you are using another browser. Our own tests are working so we advise to use a working browser for our system instead.

    Yes, the error in the browser console should be related. Anyway you can get the errors and send it here? We'd like to check and so we can contact our developers for additional information.
