User receiving submissions from noreply@jotforms.com

    Hello there,

    We just received a request from user Mike Stubbs from PacTox, he is receiving multiple submissions to his email at mstubbs@pactox.com.


    Was or did the user subscribe to something?


    Please advise, thank you.

    Hi,

    With the screenshot you have provided, I believe that mstubbs@pactox.com is receiving Notification emails whenever someone fills out his form.

    However, if he is receiving submissions with identical data, it seems your form is getting resubmitted. If the user opens their browser again with the submit page link still there, the form will get resubmitted.

    The best way to avoid this is by using a captcha field in your form to stop it from resubmitting. The Captcha field will require an action from the user to move forward.
