My form recipients are being asked to sign up for Jotform when I send them my form link

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

    When I checked your form, I see that it is currently a Public form, so it should not ask your respondents to sign in to Jotform. Indeed, when I accessed your form link in separate browsers whilst not being logged in to Jotform, I was able to access it without issue:

    Are you sending the form URL as such to your users? https://www.jotform.com/form/213606002896151

    Your respondents may also want to switch browsers and/or clear their browser cache and cookies and try again. I have also gone ahead and pre-emptively cleared your form caches.

    Could you kindly try again and let us know if the issue persists?

    Katherine, Thanks for the prompt response. Right after submitting I had went in and made it public and that seemed to fix the problem. I have tried it a couple of times and it did work. I love the possibilities... Thanks

    Hi again,

    That would have been the issue: if the form is set to Private, your respondents will be required to sign in to Jotform to complete it.
