How can I send a receipt of what the survey takers responded via email?

    Hi there, my quiz is a self evaluation quiz for clients for before and after 40 days of consuming our product. My question is, how can my clients get a record (via email) of their responses? thanks!

    I'm not sure if I understood your concern correctly, but it seems that you are referring to the autoresponder email wherein your form users will get an email of their response after submission.

    Looking at your form, you have the autoresponder email but it is not fully set up as it shows "missing field".

    I noticed that you don't have an email field on your form that you can set as the recipient email.

    Please add an email field and set the recipient email to "email".
