Not receiving emails and PDF

    We are having a problem with creating PDF's and having them sent to our email. We have tried to send several and have not received the emails. They are not in our spam folder either. Could you possibly help us with this issue?

    Are you working on this form?

    I see it's currently not set to attach the PDF to emails. Kindly toggle the below button to fix this.


    As for not receiving the emails, I sent a test submission to your form and can see from our logs that an email was successfully sent.


    Could you check if you received the email this time?

    In case it's not, please try whitelisting our IP addresses and domains to make sure that your email provider is not blocking our emails.
