Hi there - Apologies for the inconvenience.
I sent a test submission to your form uploading files on all of your upload fields and was able to go through the Thank You page without issues.
Could you please check again? I cleared your form cache as a precaution.

This issue has resurfaced. Is there anything that we can do on our end to resolve this so we do not need to wait for you to go through the steps on your end in the future when this issue reappears?

Sorry about that. Did you make any change to your form by any chance? You can perform clearing on your end. It's the same as what I did when you last encountered the issue.
Guide: How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I cleared the cache and that did not resolve the issue last night. The only change that I made to the form I completed after I started getting the error and after clearing the cache and the issue persisting to see if that updated the form to correct the issue. It did not. What else did you complete on your end to resolve the issue?

Greetings,
When I cloned your form, I did download a sample pdf's containing 18KB and it seems properly working. I was able to complete the form without getting any errors.

I understand that but the issue returned again this evening and is currently effecting the JOT submissions. I need a permanent fix, or a better temporary fix then just clearing the cache as this is clearly not keeping the issue from recurring.

Hi gregyoungit,
Can you please share the console logs when you try to upload files in your form?
To get the console logs, you may follow this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers
You may post it a screenshot:How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-to-the-support-forum
Looking forward to your response.

Thanks for the screenshot. It doesn't seem to have a console error so I went ahead and test submitted your form and I wasn't able to replicate the issue.
To confirm, are your reps using different devices to submit your form? Could you try asking them to clear their browser cache to troubleshoot further?

I removed the required fields now no images come through when they are submitted. Were you able to see that when you submitted the test form?????

Yes, I noticed that the upload fields are no longer required when I test submitted your form. Have you tried filling out your form again? Please try setting the fields back to required and then test again.

If the issue returns, we'll forward this ticket to our developers to investigate further.
