I have 111 pdfs I need to print . I requested for download and it’s suppose to send me zip link. The link stays at 1% and never emails me

I have looked into the email logs for your account. I am seeing 3 different emails containing a link for a zip file however it was dated on January 4.
Could you please double-check your email and confirm that you have received them? Please check your Junk or Spam folder if you don't see them in your inbox.
If this is a different issue, could you please provide us the Form URL involved?

We have had an issue with our export data server, but has just been fixed a few hours ago. Can you please try downloading again now?
I have just tried downloading/exporting PDFs from one of my forms and the email was sent almost instantly.
Please try again and let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately, the attachment you sent was not posted here so we can't see them.
Now, if you mean you are receiving an error like this one below:
It means you are logged out of your Jotform account when you accessed it. Note that only the owner of the form can view and download the link.
So I would suggest right-clicking on the download button you received in the email:
Then paste it on the same browser where you are logged on to your Jotform account, and that should allow you to download the zip file.
