Need to speak to someone about my invoice

    I received an invoice and a receipt for payment, without authorizing payment or having a chance to review the invoice. How did this happpen?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I see that you are currently on our Bronze yearly subscription which auto-renews yearly.

    If you are no longer using the service, we can request for a refund from our Billing Department and downgrade your account.

    Please let us know how you would want to proceed.

    Yes please Mary, that would be much appreciated, I was not aware of the auto-renewal and the automatic withdrawal on my credit card. Please advise on how long the refund will take to process.
