File Uploads Are Not Working for All Forms

    Is there currently a known issue?

    File uploads are not working for any of our forms. If the file upload is required it is giving us an "incomplete values" error screen. If it is not required forms are being submitted but no files are showing in the inbox.

    Happy to help!

    Is form https://form.jotform.com/202384430344145 one of the forms in question? I have gone ahead and cleared your form caches pre-emptively, and I attempted to make a clone of the form, but it seems that perhaps you have disabled cloning on this particular form?

    When I tested your form, I was able to upload a PNG test image without issue: is the error message only showing up when trying to Submit the form, or immediately upon file upload?

    If so, could we have your permission to send through a test submission to test the file upload field through to submission?
