Charged before I was even sent an invoice, and now appear to be on the hook. Completely unacceptable.

    I can see that the Bronze yearly plan for your account CantrekImmigration was renewed on January 5th.
    Kindly note that the subscriptions are renewed automatically, and this is also mentioned at the time when you first made the subscription.

    If you want to refund and cancel your current subscription, please let us know and we will process the refund for you.
