I need to correct an error in embedding the link to our form. We used HTTPS instead of HTTP.

    You correctly disable our form, it exceeds the allowable secure submissions.  The secure link was erroneously sent to our members.  We are correcting the error.  Can we have the secure submissions disabled, but the normal "http" submissions re-activated?  Thank you.  arthurcp@passionist.org

    Unfortunately, the business office is closed until Monday....April 21; will correct the error then with a new e-mail to members.

    Thanks for your honesty to state that you shared the secure URL of your form by mistake.

    Your SSL submission counter has been reset and your account and forms should be working fine now, keep in mind we can do this action just once. Please note that to disable the secure mode of the form the next steps must be followed: 

    Then, once it is disabled you must get the updated code and embed it to your website or if you are using the form URL, you need to share the updated unsecure URL and to advise your users to stop using the secure one, otherwise you will reach your SSL limit again and we will not be able to reset the counter again. And you will be obligated to upgrade to a paid plan.
