How to cancel appointment

how do I make the reschedule or cancel button work. This is source code directly from your forms but when you click the orange button to reschedule it just brings you back to the submission and then the person cannot back out or cancel. All it lets them do is edit but not cancel the appointment. Please help

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an appointment from the user's end. What is possible is where your user selected a different time slot or by informing you to cancel the appointment. After informing you, you can delete their submission to free the time slot.
