I AM NO LONGER GETTING THE EMAIL WITH THE SUBMITTED FORMS?? EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE YESTERDAY AND TODAY I HAVE WENT AND TRIED TO SUBMIT SOME MYSELF AND NO LUCK CAN I PLEASE GET SOME HELP WITH THIS

I created a copy of your form, added a custom sender email to the notification and made a test submission. Can you please confirm if you received it? I checked the mail log and had this information:
