Links not opening when form is embedded into website

I have embedded my form into my Wix website and I have conditions set that when a user enters specific values that match, it displays a custom "thank you" message. I would then like the form to either redirect to the specific link OR display a custom thank you message with a link to click there. What I currently have set works fine on Windows however for use on mobile browsers / inside our app I need these options to open in the same window not a new tab (as this simply does not work for our app.

To clarify, when you fill the form embedded on Wix, it doesn't redirect when the form is submitted?

Or are you referring to a Jotform app?
