Upgrading and downgrading my account

    I am currently using a free account on JotForm and would like to upgrade it.  However, I only need the upgrade account for one month or so.  After that one month, do I have an option to downgrade to the free account one and save my forms?

    You can do that if you want and there is no need to worry about your form or its data as it's not affected by any of it. The best way to do so is to pick the plan you want to upgrade to then after you purchase it, downgrade. Your plan will remain intact for the month you purchased it for and run its course at which point 30 days later you will automatically be downgraded.

    Or you could just choose downgrade a few days beforehand but just make sure it's before the date of purchase otherwise you will be rebilled again for another month since it is recurring.
