Auto Fill from Excel Data

I have created work tickets for my office. We fill out the work ticket when a customer comes in. I have a lot of data already collected in an Excel spreadsheet. I'd like to be able to start typing a customer name and it recognize the name and then auto fill the email and phone number for me. Is that possible?

Not quite what I was looking for. I'm looking for something that works more like cookies in your browser. For example, when you go to checkout on a website and you start entering your name, it recognizes that you are filling out a form and you can click to have it finish filling out your information.

    Well,

You can have the form prepopulated with the spreadsheet and if it has an email field in it you can send to each user an invitation for the prepopulated form.

    Here's more on that

Here's more on Jotform Prefill, maybe there is another option that would suite your needs better
