Am I able to save a jotform form as a separate document and email it to colleagues to fill out and email back to me without using a web page?

UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have just released the new version of JotForm PDF Editor.

     you for contacting us.

Yes, you can easily create/edit a PDF version of the form:

Then, ask your colleague to use a Typewriter tool on Foxit or Adobe Reader to fill out the PDF form, and email it back to you:

Note: These PDF submissions are not forwarded to our servers, so that these entries will not be accessible through your JotForm account.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

    Hi Joshua,

We are very pleased to inform you that we have just released a Fillable PDF Form Creator. You can now export your forms into a fillable PDF form and use it offline. You can save the pdf locally or submit it on the PDF by clicking the submit button. It works similarly when you submit your web form.

Please try it and let us know your feedbacks.
