Failed to receive form submission via email

    I did have the recipient set to my proper email. It used to work. Please help.

    When I did a manual "Test mail", it works.

    Thank you for the information, I have checked the form and everything should be in working order, I also noticed that the emails are being sent out by our mail server, could you please take a look at your spam folder and confirm that the emails are not landing up in spam. If this is not the case I would suggest removing the email notification and setting it up from the beginning again.

    I have also cleared your form cache from our server-side.

    do I need to set up the email address and password to my email too? I recall I have to do that at one point. Perhaps the password is different?

    You can delete the notification in your form's settings:

    1641689876_61da331402e01_

    After that - you can set up a new email notification: 👉 Setting up Email Notifications.

    There's no need to change any password in this operation.
