Product list is not highlighted

    The product list is not available/not highlighted and I cannpt add the product to complete the payment setting. I cannot finalize this payment setting, see integration issues in screenshots below.

    To add products 1st you need to add the payment successfully after that you can add the products.

    You can check the following guide for connecting Paypal Business: How To Integrate Paypal Business

    Please see the following screenshots

    Go to Payment Widget Settings.

    Click on Connect Button it will redirect to Paypal after completing all steps you will be redirected back to Jotform.

    After successful connection Connect Button will be shown as Connected

    If you are getting errors on Live Mode you can test Payment Integration on Test Mode.


    After successful connection you can add the Products.
