trying to access the app and the "create a cloud enabled form" button just spins after clicking.
Any ideas ?

Hello, Malcolm. I tried creating an integration and did not find any problem with making an upload. Can you please provide more details about the issue you're having? It would be great also if you can provide more details such as the link to the form in issue since I don't see your "create a cloud enabled form" in your account.
