PDF in Google Drive is not being updated.

    I have created a PDF report for this sheet:

    However the PDF submitted to my Google drive is still in the OLD format (gray and white).

    Can you please advise how to change this?

    I have re-done the integration and cannot make this form sync using the new PDF editor version!
    This is the form URL:

    This is the form which is submitted:

    This is the PDF template in PDF editor:

    I have another form which is using its "new" template created in PDF editor.
    This one is STUCK and I cannot move it!
    Please advise??
    I have repeatedly dis connected then reconnected the integration with no result.

    I have signed in, cloned your form and tried to integrate with my Google drive but it keeps on asking me to signed in again and again.

    I wouldn't be able to clone in the first place had I not signed in.

    This is not something I expected.

    Please allow me some time to test.

    I need to escalate this to our backend team to investigate if it still persists.

    Here is the PDF I received in my Google drive:

    I don't think it has anything to do with your PDF template you designed in your PDF editor.

    It just sends the submission data to your Google drive in the form of PDF.

    However when I change the other forms using PDF editor they come up in Google drive in the "new" format! why doesn't this one?

    I have now cleared your form cache. Could you please recheck and let us know if the issue persists?

    In case the issue persists, could you please try to re-integrate the form with Google Drive again and see if that can help?

    Hello...I have tried to reintegrate but I am still getting the "plain original" PDF instead of the new PDF.


    Is it possible to DELETE the old PDF template?

    Hi,

    Instead of delete the old PDF template, you may consider to rename it:
