    If a user attempts to submit the form because they are tired of waiting, they are redirected to a captcha IMMEDIATELY with no load time... I will LOSE my subscribers if this is not resolved!

    Please Help,

    hi @danichu,THANKS for the question.It looks like something is wrong on your 'captcha'.There is two way to solve the problem.-

    1.Go to your jotform id and Remake the the 'captcha'.and this time kindly make it Shrink.example showing in the following picture-

    Why is Captcha so slow to load INSIDE the form? Image 1 Screenshot 20

    2.It's look like your form 'captcha' is not getting it's desired 'width' so  it's talking long time to be loaded.so make it wider.

    wish you best of luck @Md.imran

    @danichu

    Hi,

    I checked the form on the website http://herbedroomsecrets.com/landing/subscribe-to-news-you-can-use-newsletter/contactme2.html and noticed that there were previous form source code embedded on the web page. I believe this is the cause of the issue.

    I suggest you clean/remove all of the old form embedded code on the website and re-embed  a clean and updated iframe embed code of the form.

    Use this guide -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    If you check your form using its direct URL http://www.jotform.us/form/41080644032140 you can see it was just fine.

    Hope this help. Inform us if issue remains.

    Thanks!
