    PayPal Integration Not Working

    Have been looking over the many threads on this problem and I think I know the answer but I want to verify with support if the problem is unfixable so I can change my forms if necessary.

    When I setup with paypal as my payment option the forms worked fine, then I moved over to paypal pro and nothing works. See screen shot of result when using payments live (not sandbox).

    I hoping you have a solution or work around...

    If you are using a PayPal Pro Account do make sure that your Pay Pal Pro account is ready to accept payments.

    On the PayPal Access Page, click on the Enable Express Checkout link:

    And make sure to Enable Payments:

    According to the PayPal Error Code information, the issue is most likely related to your PayPal Merchant Account configuration:

    10500 - error code

    Invalid Configuration 
    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. 
    Occurs when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.

    10501 - error code
    Invalid Configuration 
    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. 
    Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.

    Please make sure that your PayPal Pro account is ready to accept the payments.
