How do I cancel my account?

    I have verified that your account subscription has now been canceled. Your account shows the following status on our system:

    User is scheduled to downgrade.
    Date: 2014-05-19 
    Reason: CANCEL

    Your account will no longer be charged and will remain on Premium status until the last paid payment cycle is complete.
