Request for account to be deleted / disabled

    Hi, i've changed social media managers several times and the am no longer in touch with the person who created this account and therefore have no access to the password, I do however still manage the email account its linked to. I have a different reservation system now but some customers still seem to have access to this form (not sure how or where and unable to chase or remove the link) its causing major problems and confusion so i'd like it deleted or disabled ASAP. if I need to use forms again, I will simply create a new account. Thank you for your assistance

    Due to privacy and security reason, only the form owner can request us to delete their account.

    Seeing that you have access to the account email, you can use the Forget Password? option to change the account password.

    Once you have access to the account, please login to the account and post a ticket here in our support page and we will handle it from there.
