Hello - I saw this question was answered but it was 8 years ago and the information is no longer relevant since the platform has changed.
I have a form https://form.jotform.com/213334231512138 (form 1) and essentially there are products on it our sales people can order. We have a specific product (a special tasting kit) that is ordered through a different vendor and we need additional information so the plan is to use this form https://form.jotform.com/220056687920054 (form 2) and embed it on the original form as a link. We would notify people saying "If you're ordering this particular kit, click here" and have them fill out the additional details. We need to keep the processes separate because they go through different approvals and different fulfillments.
How can I add the link to form 2 onto form 1?
I tried a widget for "Get From Page URL" but you can't customize the URL so that didn't work, I can't just add text without adding a field that needs to be completed by the submitter, and a header can't be made into a hyperlink.
Please let me know how to work around this.
Thank you!
Ashley

Hello there,
Have you tried using the add text element? This allows your form 2 to be redirected to the other form. You can try these steps below.
