What is the easiest way of asking my users to update a field?

    Hi

I am building a form where I want my users to fill the details and at a later date change one of the field with their updated information.

For eg the faults are reported and after an engineer visits the campus the 'FAULT STATUS' changes from 'Unresolved' to 'Resolved'.

It has to be a very user-friendly way (the optin of editing a link may not work).

    TIA

Hi, as far as I know  the only way to have a user updating information in a form submission is by going into an edit link received in a form autoresponder:

You could also add the edit link on your email notification, so when the status changes, get the edit link, and email it to your client.

Other than tha, the form can only be edited from your account, when you click on MY FORMS, select the form, click on Submissions, and on click on Edit.

    ok, thanks.

As my users will be filling several forms they may find it hard to keep track of the emails over a period of time! Not sure this option will  completely work.
