Form is not available after saving a draft

    I've being building a very long application form for the ICF using your service. I saved the form. Your process asked for my email and sent me a button to click to re-enter the draft. I've done this a few time. The last link you sent only says "this form isn't currently unavailable." I have HOURS of work completed. Please advise as I have a deadline today.

    I was able to locate the form, it appears that you have disabled it by accident. Please refer to the screenshot below on how to reactivate it:

    This is very helpful. However, I can't find this screen or a settings icon. I just saw Jot Form for the first time with this project. Please advise where to find settings.

    Hi,

    You can find the settings tab once you open the form in the form editor, it will be displayed at the top of the page as Billy_G showed in the attached screenshot.

    Thanks for the response Collin. Unfortunately, I'm completely new to your system.
    I don't understand how I'm to get to settings when I open the form because THE issue is, I can't open the form.
    What would be very helpful is a simple step by step instructions.
    I'm grateful for your support.

    The URL …/myforms I get a ERROR 500 message.
    I can see my draft and my submission (neither will open to and editable form.)

    if I click My forms it says I have no forms.

    on the screen shot you set, I have nothing to the right of CREATE FORMS, it is an advertisement or completely blank. BELOW CREATE FORMS only shows My Draft and My Submission that do not open.
    URGENT project. Please advise.

    When I login this is what I see. The image is attached, I used the image icon in the control strip to attach the image to this post. I don't see an attachment acknowledgment on this page. Please let me know if you have access to it.

    You must be logged in to the ICF's account in order to make changes to that form.

    If you don't have the log-in credentials, please reach out to them and have them enable the form for you instead.

    I believe I am logging in correctly. The ICF gave me the access URL. https://form.jotform.com/ICFforms/NewApplicationNoPaymentI've logged in several times. When I link from the emailed Jot Form URL it takes me to the editable form page. Then.... it stopped and will only give me "The Form is Currently Unavailable."

    I used the Jot Form Save system in which you send me access link to continue the draft. Below is the access from Jot Form to regain access that no longer works but previously did.

    Hi,

    The Jotform Support Team is only available on this forum and thanks for the offer.

    Accessing the form URL is different from logging in to the actual account of ICF. Once you logged in to their account, you should see something like this:

    The form owner has suspended the form that's why it is not accessible. In order to make it available, the form owner should log in to the account, edit the form and make it active. I sent you the steps earlier but again this will only be available for the owner of the form.

    You have to reach out to the form owner and let them know that the form is disabled. They just need to enable it which doesn't take more than 2 minutes.

    The Save and Continue later system is used by form owners to allow their respondents to save their current progress and continue to a later time but this wouldn't mean that they will always have access to the form. If the form gets disabled and so is the ability to get back to it to continue your progress.

    Once again, please reach out to the owner of the form to continue your progress.
