Why did I have to restart the Bronze plan again?

    Hello, I was recently informed that I needed more storage and suggested the upgrade to the Bronze plan. I had already signed up and paid for the Bronze plan in 2020. I am not sure why I had to pay for it again. Can you provide me with more information and details as to why I had to pay again? I am confused on that part. Thank you .

    You upgraded to the bronze plan on September 17th, 2020. This means that your plan ended up on September 17th, 2021 and I don't see any records of another payment until Jan 6, 2022.

    So based on this, you don't have duplicated subscriptions. Also, note that the limits reset the first day of each month, and upon checking your account I see you have not reached any limits, so it could be on the starter plan, if you would like to downgrade, please let us know and we will proceed with the cancellation and refund of the last payment you made.
