Not received any communication pertaining to a refund..

    I have cancelled my subscription on 21st April'14 for a plan which i took on 17th April.

    Still, when I sent the cancel request, I have not received any communication regarding  a refund..

    I payed the subscription using a Credit Card.

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have already cancelled your subscription but not requested the refund. 

    I have processed the refund for order #INT140418-1168-37235. Please allow 4-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
