Hi, I receive a Paypal error on my form and can't tell why. Any idea?
This is the link to the form: Rafting Bali (see booking tab)

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I was able to replicate the issue you are having. I did try to figure out what is wrong with your form but could not find any unsupported/special character.
I am sending this thread to our back end team and they will try to figure out the problem. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

could it be possible that the problem is caused by German characters "ÄÜÖ"?
I might use them in some Warning messages when the form language is changed to German.
Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for the additional info.
Since the original problem was already submitted with a ticket to our higher team support, your latest details was noted also. The assign developer on the ticket will check for the German character on the Warning message also.
YOu will be notified via this thread for status updates when available.

The product's quantity option has numbers that were formatted incorrectly. Did you just copy them from another application (i.e., Excel, browser, etc)?
In any case, I have fixed the unsupported character issue by recreating the quantity option and typing the numbers manually. However, another problem seems to have cropped up, but seems to be related to your Paypal account.
This modified clone has my personal Paypal account and works fine.
This one has your Paypal account and is not working properly.
I would suggest contacting Paypal regarding the new problem that arose. Kindly let us know if we can be of further help.

thanks for your help. I used Typinator. Wasn't thinking about the formatting issue.
The other problem is also solved if I change the paypal email address. Isn't there a way around?
I would prefer if customers see on their paypal bill booking(at)thingstodoinbali.com if they book through thingstodoinbali.com
and booking(at)balivillas360.com if they book through balivillas360.com.
The second one is the main PayPal address. The first is a verified email address associated to the same PayPal account. According to PayPal it should work when putting in the email address that should show up on the bill.

It is best to contact Paypal regarding that question. I firmly believe that the issue lies on their end and not on ours.
Feel free to open a forum thread if you have other questions unrelated to the original topic at hand.
