I brought an issue with one of my forms to your attention. Multiple people have received the 'invalid zip code' message and yet i have persnally watch this happen and even managed to produce the error myself. At no time did any of the entrants submit incorrect information and yet we had this error repeatedly.
This is a seriousl error that has caused a lot of trouble and may have cost us money, certainly its cost us time. Can you please investigate properly. the last time I brought this up I was told the form was working correctly which is not true.
You will see a screenshot where a client was charged $1 for a transaction that did not go through because of this zip code error attached to this form.

Base on the screenshot you had provided, it seems that the problem was actually the zip code of the Full Address field in the form.
Can you please try removing the Full address field and then add it back in the form.
Test the form again after doing this.
Inform us if issue persist.

Did this work because we've been having the same problem and loosing business because of it? I'm wondering if we remove the address field altogether if we can still process credit card payments?

Yes you should be able to submit payment form without having an address field. I did check your form and it does not have any address field. Do you continue to have this problem?
I just created a test form with Stripe payment question but no address field. I was able to submit your form successfully.
I would suggest you to enable the "Test Mode" of your form's Stripe payment question and we will try to replicate the issue. Please check the screenshot below on how to enable the "Test Mode":
We will wait for your response.
